BREATH BETWEEN WORLDS Stillness & Sound as Prayers for the Souls In the wake of the tragic plane crash in Uttara, we come together — not to escape, but to feel, to honor, to pray. Through Kundalini Yoga and Sound Healing, we create a sacred space where breath becomes a bridge between this world and the next… Where stillness is our candle, and sound is our prayer. Where grief finds grounding, and pain is met with compassion. This is a circle of remembrance — for the children, the teachers, the lives lost in fire. For the families who mourn. For the wounded bodies and souls still healing. We begin with Kundalini Kriya for grounding, led by Farhin, to connect with our own breath and root ourselves in the earth. Then, with Swayambhu's sound meditation, we journey inward — allowing vibration, silence, and resonance to carry our collective prayers to those who have crossed over… and to those still holding on. Let us sit together. Let us breathe between the worlds. Let our hearts echo with remembrance and hope, this Thursday, 31st July, 7:00 pm at the Health & Healing Yoga Studio.
